Sweet Taste of Winter

Well, I know that I'm not ready for winter and I'm sure most of you are not either. But I couldn't resist doing these darling penguins for Digi Stamp Boutique. Sally Ann is sponsoring us this week at Sweet Sketch Wednesday. It was so fun working with these images. I knew the moment I saw them that I wanted to do all four in one card. I wanted to use my new nesties. It was a little tricky at first getting the perfect size but it did work. That's one nice thing about digis. You can make them any size you would like.

Well, actually the sun is shining here and it very hot today. So a little cooler weather might be just dandy. I have been in the mood to do Christmas cards and also want to get started on fall cards too. Ckeck out Digi Stamp Boutique and you definitely will find some darling fall and Christmas images.

The design team has really gone all out this week and we have a darling lineup. I hope you will join me over at Sweet Sketch Wednesday, Have a Berry Sweet Day!!!

  7. Hi Arlana, I do love these super cute penquins I do love them and as soon as I saw them over at DigiStamp Boutique I also thought of having all four on a card great minds think alike. I did something similar on SSW Sketch #33 I used Sally-Ann's images 3 small down one side and a large on in the middle they were flowers. I really liked that sketch.
We should have an open sketch one week and let everyone use one of their favourite sketch from the past and see what they come up with??!! Could be interesting. Love your cards once again and another great sketch to work with this week. Take care and have a great week.

  12. Yes, Arlana, you amaze me....four cards!!! I can barely get one finished and your little brain is thinking of four ways to create with your fun sketches! It was so fun to watch you make these cards when I was there last month. I will miss not coming this month. Missing you already! I had to open up my craft shop again and start creating on my own. Not as many fun trinkets in my shop! Have a great week! Talk to you soon!
