Happy Thanksgiving

Well, tomorrow is Thanksgiving and I want to wish all my followers a Happy Thanksgiving. I hope that you have a enjoyable time with family and friends. I have many things to be so thankful for. One being my talent and being able to create and design many crafts. Also I am very thankful for a loving a supportive husband and family who put up with all my crafting.

Today is Sweet Sketch Wednesday.  This week's sponsor is Inktegrity. These fabulous images come from Joni Wilson. She has such fun digi designs. You will want to go and check out her shop and blog. She is offering us a digi prize. You will want to go over to Sweet Sketch Wednesday and play along.

I used one of Joni's free images...the birthday mouse. Don't you think he's a darling mouse? Then I used one of Joni's new images. I loved this Raggedy Ann as I have created many Raggedy Ann doll patterns.  This doll was screaming to be a Christmas doll. I had so much fun making her into a Christmas doll.

I hope you enjoyed visiting my blog today. Don't forget to go over to Sweet Sketch Wednesday and do the fun sketch. I really appreciate all the sweet comments I have been getting about my sketches and my sketch blog. It really makes my day and makes it all worth my time to share my talent with you.

Holiday Fun with Sally's Digi's

Hello to all of those who view my blog. Today is Sweet Sketch Wednesday. I am so happy to have Sally of Digi Stamp Boutique sponsor my Sweet Sketch Wednesday blog. Sally is sponsoring us with  a $15 prize to use in her shop. Sally  has the sweetest images. I have had so much fun designing with them. Her digis show her fabulous talent as an artist. I admire her talent and love working with her digis.

I need some birthday cards for my two granddaughters and my grandson. Their birthdays are close together. I will be taking all three of them to McDonalds to have lunch and let them play in the play area. They are darling grandchildren and I cherish them very much.

The dino digi was perfect for my grandson. He knows everything about dinos and loves to play with them. Don't you just love Sally's Dino? I really like the orange color.

My grandaugters are close in age and I knew they would love the fairies with their crowns. They are such sweet fairies. I fell in love with both of these images.

I just want to thank my fabulous design team. They bring alot of inspration to my sketch blog.

Please go over to Sweet Sketch Wednesday and play along this week. I want to thank you for the sweet comments about my blogs and hope you keep coming back for more fun and inspiration.  I love sharing my designs with you.

Holiday Spirit

Well, Halloween is over. I hope you all had a fun and enjoyable Halloween. Our church had a Chili cook off and a Trunk or Treat. Last year my husband won first place at the chili cook off.  Well, this year I entered the chili cook off for my husband as he had to work. I actually enterd two chili recipes and this year we came in second and fourth place. I am allergic to certain spices so I was only able to taste the chili that won fourth place. I went by what my husband told me to put in his recipe as last year we added some extra ingredients that were not written on the recipe. Later my husband reminded me that I had forgotten the three most important ingredients. So next year we shall try to get our first place back again. Second place is not too bad though! There were about 35 entries.

Well, I hope now that Halloween is over you can get into the holiday spirt. I'm already looking forward  to the holidays. It will be fun making lots of different Christmas cards.  Today is Sweet Sketch Wednesday.  I hope you run over and checked out my other blog. My design team has created some fun cards for you to look at. This week we have Teri, one of our own design team members, sponsoring us with a digi prize. Be sure to hurry over to Teri's blog.  Then from there hurry over to her delicious doodles blog. Teri has some really fun new digis for the holiday card making.

My card today is made with Teri's snowman. He was just too cute with the bird perched on his top hat. I added some rhinestones and a cute little snowflake to the hat and stickles for the snow. My paper is Die Cuts with a View.

Thanks so much for stopping by to visit and reading my post. Your comments are are so sweet. Thanks for leaving them. Have a very sweet day!!!
