Paper Roses
I just loved this image from Digi Stamp Characters. They are sponsoring my Sweet Sketch Wednesday blog with a prize. Heather's images are so sweet and fun. There are alot to choose from. As most of you know by now I love to wear hats. So when I see a cute image like this with a hat I have to have it. You will want to be sure and check out Digi Stamp Characters.
This image was so much fun to work with. I imagined having paper roses were the roses were on the hat. It was so fun making the small paper roses. I used the small scallop circle punch from Stampin Up to make the roses.
As I loaded my card for my post I realized I never added my sentiment. Which is a no no by my Dt rules. Always follow my sketch to a tee! So I definitely will need to add it. I am on the mend from being really sick. So I apologize for not sticking to my rules.

Wow Arlana! Those little roses just make that hat! It's stunning! The entire card is stunning. Have asked Santy for a sewing machine, I know it's ages away but sure he might pop by early this year. LOL!! Thanks for another fab sketch and hope you're better now.

ReplyDeleteOh, I am so jealous! I wanted to do flowers on her hat too but I just didn't have anything small enough. They are so beautiful!! Love the red and blue together - such a striking combination.
