A Day For Daisies



Well hello everyone! Hope you are having a Happy Day! I had so much fun creating this card. When I was a  teenager I had a Holly Hobbie  bed spread. I really loved collecting Holly Hobbie things I still have a plate that my best friend gave to me.  When I saw this image along time ago I knew I must have it.     Oh Arlana we must be of similar age, I had Holly Hobbie as well. I still have a pillow and a vase my sister gave me when I was really young. The vase has a verse "The Time To Be Happy Is Now". It's funny I used this same image a few months ago because it reminded me of Holly Hobbie, great minds think a like as I just love this image and your card and colours. Hope your on the road to recovery and feeling better.

    Arlana, your card is adorable. I went to Andrew's funeral today. I will have to tell you and Judi about it. I have been working 9-10 hour days this week trying to catch up for hours missed when I was sick and being out for 4 hours today. It has been great to have Erika here... it really makes things busy. Hope you are doing well. Hope to catch up to you soon.

    Gosh, I remember Holly Hobby as well. I love the pink color and all those happy flowers! Great card.

    I'm with everyone else, I too remember Holly Hobby! Never had anything of hers though, too much of a tomboy! Your card is beautiful Arlana. Love the colors and your signature sewing.
