Mad Hatress
This week at Sweet Sketch Wednesday we are featuring Saturated Canary. One of Krista's images was the Mad Hatress. That was such a sweet image. As a lot of you know I am never with out my hat. If I don't have a hat on it just does not feel right. It was such a fun image to color up. We have been so busy on our yard. It's been so hard to get to anything blog related. But I got this fun image done and I think she turned out SWEET. I really had a great time with those papers and colors.
My name is Krista Smith. I am the artist behind the Etsy shop,Saturated Canary Digis. I began working in the stamping world about a year ago when I was hired to create rubber designs for the sweet Scottish company, Sugar Nellie. They launched my artwork under the name 'Simply Sassy.' I moved into the digital world just this past month (it's been a super busy month, indeed!). And-- Ilove it!! There is a little more freedom here, as I can create anything that pops into my head:)! I am so humbled by the artistic talent of the girls coloring in my designs-- it is truly an inspiration! Likewise, I am so thankful for the friendships I've made in this wonderful and lovely crafty community! It's been a true delight! Hi Arlana sounds like you've really been busy with your yard but you'll be so happy once it's all finished. Your card is very appropriate for you especially wearing a had all the time. Yes, this is the perfect image for you to color up. It is darling, Arlana. You have always loved your hats. I especailly love the papers you have used with your card. Just perfect with how you have colored your image up. Your flower is just the right accent too. I hope you are making some headway on the yard. It will look so good when it is done. It is hard when you are in the middle of a project to change gears, I know you will love your yard when all of the hard work is finished. I love the bright happy colors in your card, Krista's images are so much fun and can be used in so many ways. Don't work too hard, hugs....
